Setting Up User Groups and User Accounts

The multi-user version of the Shipping Solutions software allows you to create user groups and then set up user accounts for each of your users. This allows you to limit access to different parts of the software to different groups of users. You may, for instance, give some users the ability to create new shipment records, add and change information to that record, and then print out the export forms, file through the Automated Export System (AES), and run export compliance screenings. You may have other users who only need to be able to print out the export documents. This video shows you how to create those different user groups and then assign specific Shipping Solutions users to those groups.
